Batch Reactor Systems:

We've designed process control systems for over 50 batch chemical reactors, ranging from multi-purpose glass-lined steel reactors to highly specialized, dedicated use reactors made from highly polished, exotic alloys. We've designed reactor applications for Organic Chemical Synthesis, Biotech Fermentations and Extractions, and Polymerizations. We've designed Clean-in-Place and Sterilize-in-Place applications. Precise temperature, pressure and vacuum controls, accurately metered flow controls and S88-compliant batch control systems have been designed and successfully implemented.
