Our design control methods and practices are based on standards that have been refined by experience on successful projects. Our Quality Policy is patterned after the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) model for Quality Systems. In addition, we have blended many elements of Carnegie-Mellon’s Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model into our Quality System because of it’s specific applicability to continuous improvement in the development of complex systems and software. Our Quality Manual directly drives our day-to-day operations and provides the framework within which we perform our routine tasks.
